The applicant is seeking relaxation of conditions imposed by this Court (Coram : Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) by order dated 17th December, 2024 i.e. condition nos. (b) and (d) in the operating order, which reads as under :
(b) The Applicant shall not enter the Kolhapur district after being released on bail, except for reporting to the Investigating officer, if called, and for attending the trial.
(d) The Applicant shall report to the Karad Police Station, District-Satara once every week i.e. on 1/2
9-IA-3519-2025 (CR).doc every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial. The Police Inspector of Karad Police Station, District-Satara to communicate details thereof to the Investigating Officer."

I have heard both the learned counsel. Perused the documents produced on record.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant and the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. Condition nos. (b) and (d) in the operative order imposed upon the applicant are hereby relaxed. 4.
Applicant shall attend the concern police station as and when required.
5.
Interim Application is disposed off.
