The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 23rd April 2025 passed by Additional Collector, Solapur, whereby Petitioner's application seeking stay to order dated 30th August 2024 passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Madha Division, Kurduwadi, in BND/SR/03/2020 has been refused. Admittedly, Appeal No. BND/APPEAL/SR/2/2025 is pending for consideration before SubDivisional Officer, Madha. 3.

In that view of matter, purpose would be served, if Additional Suresh 1/2

In this backdrop, without entering into rival contentions on merits, Writ Petition stands disposed of.

The Additional Collector, Solapur is directed to decide Appeal No.BND/APPEAL/SR/2/2025 within a period of three months from today. Till Appeal is finally decided, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).

Parties to cooperate for early disposal of Appeal and shall not seek unnecessary adjournments.

7.

All contentions raised in Petition are kept open for further consideration in appeal.
