This is an application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for bail in CR No.112/2018 dated 1.6.2018 registered with Shirwal Police Station, District Satara under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act . 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. for the State. Perused the record.

The role attributed to the applicant in the present crime is that, he was acting as an agent on behalf of the victim women. The victim women in the present case are 28 and 32 years of age respectively. The record indicates that, the said women were
2/3 indulging in the said vocation at their own will and without inducement at the instance of the applicant. The applicant is arrested on 1.6.2018 and after completion of investigation the police have submitted chargesheet.
The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there are no antecedents at the discredit of the applicant. 5.
In view thereof, no purpose will be served by further keeping the applicant in incarceration and the applicant can be released on bail by imposing stringent conditions.
Hence, the following order.
a) The applicant be released on bail in CR No.112/2018 dated 1.6.2018 registered with Shirwal Police Station, District Satara on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/ with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount.
b) The applicant shall also provide his permanent residential address from the State of Kerala and the temporary residential address in the State of Maharashtra before his release from Jail to the Investigating agency.
c) The applicant shall attend the Shirwal Police Station, District Satara on every first Monday of the month between 10.00 a.m. and
3/3 12.00 noon till conclusion of trial.
d) The applicant shall attend all the dates before the trial Court unless precluded for medical reaosns.
e) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and /or influence the prosecution witnesses.
f) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
