The petitioner prayed for transfer from Jail at Raigad to Thane Central Jail, Thane. The said grievance was raised in the year 2015. 2.

We direct the concerned authority to take an appropriate decision on the said application filed by the petitioner for transfer from one jail to another. If decision is already taken, Respondent to communicate the said decision to the Petitioner within 10 days from today. 3.
