Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

By this application, applicant is seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court that the applicant shall attend Pandharpur City Police Station on 1st day of every month between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. till conclusion of trial. 3.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Interim Application is allowed;

(iii) The applicant shall attend the Economic Offences Wing Department as and when required. 4.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed off.
