In view of the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.55/2003 as against the impugned order, yet another revision will lie before the State Government.

Accordingly, there is no necessity to entertain the present petition. The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to institute revision petition before the State Government under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. 3.

Since, the petitioners have been agitating the matter before this Court, the time spent in this court may be considered for the

With the aforesaid direction / observation, this petition is disposed of.
