The present Contempt Petition filed alleging non-compliance of order dated 19th June 2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.7590 of 2025.

It appears that this Court vide order dated 19th June 2025 directed Hon'ble Minister to decide pending appeal on or before 31st July 2025.

Mr. Rayrikar, learned AGP placed on record a copy of order Gaikwad RD 1/2

905-cp-581-2025.doc dated 26th September 2025 passed by Minister, whereby appeal has already been decided. In this background, although there is some delay or the timeline given by this Court is surpassed, record indicates that appeal was heard finally on 31st July 2025, but there appears to have some delay in pronouncing Judgment. 4.

In that view of the matter, this Court do not find any reason to take further action under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
