Application is moved for withdrawal of the amount as applicant Ms.Bhagyashri @ Guddi Anil Dhengale, who at the time of filing of claim was 2 years old and is now major and her wedding is fixed on 24th December, 2015. So it is prayed that she be allowed to withdraw the amount which was deposited as per the order of this Court dated 17th January, 2005.

Considering this position as marriage of the girl is fixed, she is allowed to withdraw the entire money alongwith accrued interest which was deposited in her name in the bank as per her share granted by the Tribunal after furnishing undertaking and proof of identification. 1/2
