The Registry to place the copy of this Application before the State Legal Services Authority. The Notification dated 11th April 2014 is annexed at page No.72 of the Application.

The State Legal Services Authority may consider the question of granting the compensation to be awarded as per the Scheme referred to in Sub-Section 1 of Section 357-A of Cr.P.C.

The report be submitted to this Court within a period of eight weeks from today.
