Considering the challenge raised in the above Civil Revision Application which is to a decree of possession passed in a suit based on title, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant Shri A S Khandeparkar seeks withdrawal of the above Civil Revision Application with liberty to file a Second Appeal. The above Civil Revision Application is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
