There is a typographical error in the cause-title of the order dated 25 th February 2022 passed in Writ Petition No.1780 of 2020 along with Writ Petition No.2054 of 2022. In the cause-title of Writ Petition No.1780 of 2020, a spelling mistake has been committed in describing the first name of the petitioner. The first name of the petitioner is "Balasaheb", but what is spelt in the cause-title of the order dated 25 th February 2022 is "Babasaheb".

We direct that the aforesaid spelling mistake in the cause-title of Writ Petition No.1780 of 2020 be corrected by substituting the first name of the petitioner as "Balasaheb" instead of "Babasaheb". 4.

The order dated 25 th February 2022 stands modified accordingly and corrected order shall be uploaded.
