Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the charge has been framed against the petitioners on 14.07.2022. 2.

The petitioners are challenging the FIR dated 25.06.2019 registered with Pangari Police Station on 25.6.2019 for ofence under Section 307 read with 34 of the IPC. Subsequently, on completion of investigation charge-sheet is fled and thereafter the charge has been framed.

In these circumstances, the petitioners can challenge the order framing charge.

This Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order framing charge before appropriate Court.
