An application is made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 31st October, 2018. It is submitted that in the said order, in paragraph 2, on internal page 3, top second line, the date shall be 2nd September, 2011. Similarly, paragraph 11, on internal page 6, be replaced as under:

" It is, in these circumstances that the petition deserves to be allowed. The order dated 21st September, 2018 passed by the Education Officer, (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur is hereby quashed and set aside and rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
