Heard Mr. Shah, learned Counsel for the Applicant. 2.

The applicant seeks clarification/modification of the order dated 19th September, 2025, passed in the aforesaid petition and direct the Respondent No.2-State-CET Cell and the Respondent No.3-College of Engineering, Sangli to grant admission to the applicant in B.Tech, Computer Science in engineering for the academic year 2025-2026 as against the vacant seats to the open category. 3.

It is submitted that this Court had clearly observed that if the applicant is eligible, she be admitted. Mr. Shah submits that the

911-ia-11036-2025.doc applicant is eligible. The order was passed 19th September, 2025. Mr. Chavan, learned Counsel for the CET-Cell submits that the last date for CAP round is 15th September, 2025.

It is not possible for us to grant any further relief by modifying / clarifying the order which has been already passed by this Court. 5.
