The present petition seeks a limited direction to the Respondent No.2-Scheduled Tribe Certiicate Scrutiny Committee to decide the validity claim of Petitioner expeditiously.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that application for deciding the validity claim was submitted on 29th January 2024 and thereafter hearing has been held on 22nd September 2025, which was duly attended by the Petitioner. He further submits that the Petitioner has already secured admission for degree course of General Nursing and Midwifery and points out the communication received from the college calling upon the Petitioner to submit the validity certiicate before 30th September 2025.

Considering that hearing has been held on 22nd September 2025, it would be appropriate if the Respondent No.2-Committee is directed to decide the caste validity claim of Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of 3 weeks from today. 4.
