The Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.258 of 2023 registered at Barshi City Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 454, 380, 411, 413, 201 r/w 34 of the IPC.

The Applicant is history sheeter. There are 28 other offences/prosecution of similar nature pending against the Applicant.
