By this application, applicant is seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No.178 of 2025 pending before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Kolhapur to learned Family Court at Satara, where the Marriage Petition filed by the applicant is pending. 2.

Learned counsel for Respondent has no objection to allow the application. Learned counsel further submitted that the respondent be permitted to appear through V.C. and if required physically before the learned Family Court at Satara. 3.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, I pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) Application is allowed;

(ii) Marriage Petition No.178 of 2025 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kolhapur be transferred to Family Court at Satara, where Petition No.114 of 2025 is pending.

(iii) The respondent can file application before the Family Court at Satara for appearance through V.C.

(iv) The learned Family Court shall decide the said application on its own merits.
