Case pleaded by the Petitioner is that during the lifetime of his father land comprised in New Gat No. 473 ad-measuring 0.87 Are situated in Mouje Dhamod, Taluka Radhanagari, District Kolhapur was acquired and that on 08.11.1976 an order was passed allotting 1 H 33 Are land to the Petitioners' father as a Project Affected Person. It is pleaded by the Petitioner that it appears that his father was not aware of the order and on the death of his father when he came across the allotment order, he submitted a representation on 29.07.2017 to the Hon'ble Minister who made an endorsement on the representation requiring the Collector, Kolhapur to look into the matter. 2.

Grievance in the Petition is that thereafter the Petitioner has not been communicated any decision.

Learned Counsel for the State submits that in view of representation made by the Petitioner he was head on 07.10.2017, 24.10.2017, 18.12.2017 and 27.12.2017 and an order has been passed rejecting the representation.

Concededly the said order has not been communicated to the Petitioner.

We dispose of the Petition directing the Respondents to communicate the order passed on the representation of the Petitioner within two weeks to the Petitioner.

Needless to state the Petitioner would be entitled to remedy as per law against the said order.
