The petition seeks a direction to the respondent No.2 to take appropriate decision on the application dated 6th June, 2025 filed by the petitioner with respondent No.2 seeking certificate of Earthquake Affected Persons. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner came to be appointed as an Assistant Teacher in the post reserved for Earthquake Affected Persons and the certificate is required, failing which, her employment will be affected.
