Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners.

By this Petition, the Petitioners seeks a direction to the Respondents to take action on the Petitioner's Complaint dated 10th September 2025, which forms the subject matter of the present Petition.

Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that such a complaint dated 10th September 2025 has not been received by the Barshi Police Digitally signed by TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO Date:

In such view of the matter, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners shall, within a period of one week from today, ile a fresh complaint along with a copy of the complaint dated 10th September 2025. If such a complaint is iled, the learned APP states that the Barshi Police Station will duly look into the same and take it to its logical conclusion in accordance with law. 5.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners further submits that the complaint alleges a large-scale fraud involving an amount of ₹1,03,70,000/-, which potentially afects thousands of investors and therefore requires urgent investigation.

It is further submitted that returns have stopped since January 2025 and no satisfactory responses are being provided by the AccusedEstablishment. As stated earlier, the Barshi Police Station shall undoubtedly look into the complaint and take it to its logical conclusion in accordance with law. It is also open to the Petitioners to resort to any other appropriate remedy that may be available. 7.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
