Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P.

The petitioners pray for a direction to the respondents No.1 to 3 for taking appropriate action against respondents No.4 to 6. The representation dated 20th February, 2025 has been made to the Police Inspector of the Barshi City Police Station, Barshi for initiating action against the respondents No.4 to 6. It is the grievance of the petitioners that no action is being taken against the respondents No.4 to 6 by the respondents No.1 to. 3.

We request respondent No.3 - Sub Divisional Police Oicer, to look into the representation dated 20th February, 2025 which is at page No.74 of the petition addressed to the Police Inspector, Barshi City Police Station, Barshi and issue appropriate directions by taking representation to it's logical conclusion.

While considering the representation, needless to mention that the Authorities to also take into consideration the orders passed by the Civil Court in R.C.S No.442 of 1978 and the orders passed in appeal, if any.

The petitioners to co-operate.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
