The Petitioner submits that after filing of the present Writ Petition, the Chief Executive Officer of the WAKF Board is appointed. In view of that, prayer clause (b) does not survive. The learned counsel submits that Chief Executive Officer has not yet decided the application of the Petitioner pending since 2017. In case the Application filed by the Petitioner (page 41) is pending with Chief Executive Officer of Respondent no.2 then the Respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in Mohite 1/2
