The Petitioner is challenging the impugned work order dated 12th September, 2025 passed by the Respondent No.1 granting order in favour of the Respondent No.4-Society for the period of 2026 to 2030. Petitioner is also challenging the tender meeting dated 9th September, 2025 conducted by the Respondent No.1 disqualifying the PetitionerSociety from participating in the said tender.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.4 raised a preliminary objection that under the Government Resolution dated 3rd July, 2019, which is at page No.42 of the paper book, the remedy of the Petitioner against the order challenged in this petition, is to file an appeal before the Commissioner Fisheries under Clause 33(A) of the said Government Resolution dated 3rd July, 2019.

Mr. Damle, therefore seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 33(A) of the said G.R. Respondents do not dispute the position that all challenges raised in the petition can be dealt with appropriately by the Commissioner of Fisheries under clause 33(A) of the said G. R. If the appeal is filed within the period of one week from today, the appeal shall be decided as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the appeal. All contentions are kept open.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
