By this petition, the petitioner seeks directions to the respondent no.4 to decide the proposal dated 3rd January 2025 made by the respondent no.5 for the individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Junior Clerk at respondent no.6 - Secondary School.

With the assistance of learned AGP, we have gone through the averments made in the petition. The petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent no.4 - Education Officer (Secondary) to decide Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

The respondent no.4 - Education Officer to communicate deficiencies, if any, to the respondent - Management within a period of 2 weeks from the date of communication of this order. The respondent - Management shall expeditiously take steps to comply / explain the deficiencies. Learned AGP to communicate this order to the concerned. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
