This Petition is based on an apprehension of the Petitioner that the Petitioner will not get admission in Respondent No.3- college. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that till today, Respondent No.3- college has not allowed the Petitioner to enter into college and has also not published status of the vacant seats. The learned Counsel states that the name of the Petitioner has shown in waiting list but Respondent No.3-college has not allowed the Petitioner to enter into college premises for getting admission. As to what is the present position even the learned Counsel is not aware.

We permit the Petitioner to approach Respondent No.2- The Commissioner, State Common Entrance Test Cell with a written grievance. Once such grievance is made, Respondent No.2- the Commissioner, State Common Entrance Test Cell will look into it and if the grievance is justified, pass necessary order. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. 5.
