Deceased was wife of Appellant. As the deceased could not conceive male child, the Appellant was nurturing a grudge against her and on the fateful day after quarrel, he poured kerosene and set her on fire by igniting a match-stick. Deceased succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment. There are two consistent Dying Declarations at Exhibit Nos. 78 and 85. Prima facie, there is sufficient material to indict Appellant in the present crime.

In view of the above, we are not inclined to release the Appellant on bail at this stage.

Application is accordingly dismissed.
