At the outset, Mr. Ambetkar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner would ile an appropriate representation to the School Management and also before the Education Oicer (Secondary) thereby ventilating his grievance. He further submits that Petitioner may be granted leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to ile such representation. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

If such a representation is iled by Petitioner, school management shall forward the same to the concerned authority, who shall decide the said representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of its receipt.
