With the assistance of the learned A.G.P. we have perused the Petition. The Petitioner is a student. He is seeking direction to the Respondent No.2-Scheduled Tribe Certificates Scrutiny Committee to decide the proposal in respect of his caste claim, which is pending before the Committee.

The Petition can be disposed of by directing the Respondent No.2 to decide the proposal of the Petitioner within a period of 16 weeks from osk 1 of

In case, the Petitioner has been granted admission on the basis of his caste certificate, no coercive steps be taken against the Petitioner for a period of eight weeks from today.
