Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that direction be given to both the parties to file fresh affidavits of their assets and liabilities before the trial Court as per the ratio laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Rajnish Vs. Neha and writ petition can be disposed off.

ORDER

I.

The Impugned order dated 26th August, 2025 passed below Exhibit-26 by the learned Family Court, Kolhapur in Cri. M.A. No.6 of 2024 is hereby quashed and set aside.

II.

The petitioner and respondent shall file their affidavits of assets and liabilities as per the ratio laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Rajnish Vs. Neha. III. The respondent shall answer the interrogatives as undertaken by her in her affidavit-in-reply.

IV.

The trial Court is requested to dispose off the pending applications as early as possible.

Writ Petition is disposed off.
