The Petitioner in the present petition is the co-accused in FIR No.751 of 2025 dated 13th September 2025 registered with Barshi Police Station, District Solapur for ofence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 of IPC. The present Petitioner was arrested on 24th September 2025.

By order of 25th September 2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 4461 of 2025, this Court directed the release of Petitioner therein, namely, Tanmay @ Banty S. Gupta. For the same reasons as contained in the Patil-SR 1 of

908 Wp-4467-2025.doc order of 25th September 2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 4461 of 2025, this petition is allowed. Impugned order dated 24th September 2025 passed by the JMFC, Barshi in connection with FIR No. 751 of 2025 dated 13th September 2025 is quashed and set aside. The Respondents are directed to forthwith release the Petitioner from custody. 4.
