After partly arguing the appeal, the appellant who appears in person, seeks to withdraw the same stating that he would proceed for final hearing of the suit. The appeal is therefore allowed to be withdrawn. At the request of the appellant, it is observed that, while deciding the appellant's suit, the trial Court shall not be influenced by any of the interim orders passed in the suit. 2).
