Mr. Kenjale, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that, the Pharmacy College of India has already been served through e-mail. 2.

Learned A.G.P. placed on record the compliance report dated 29th September 2025 indicating that the Petitioners have complied with the deficiencies. In the said communication, it is stated that considering the compliance and rectification of previously reported deficiences of these osk 1 of

913-Wp-11479-2025.doc institutes the Pharmacy Council of India is requested to remove the "Not to make admission Status for 2025-2026 academic year in 1st year" for these institutes, so that these institutes can be included in CAP Rounds. The communication / compliance report dated 29th September 2025 is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 3.

Accordingly, the Pharmacy Council of India to forthwith remove the "Not to make admission Status for 2025-2026 academic year in 1st year" in respect of the Petitioner No.2-College, so as to include the Petitioner No.2 in the CAP rounds.

The Respondent No.4 to take necessary steps to include the Petitioner No.2 in the CAP rounds. In addition, the Respondent No.3-the Joint Director, Higher and Technical Education Department to also inform the Respondent No.4 of the decision.

In the light of the communication / compliance report dated 29th September 2025 there should now be no difficulty for the Pharmacy Council of India to approve the College of Petitioner No.2 for inclusion in the CAP rounds, which they are expected to take to take decision forthwith / to pass an order forthwith.

Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.
