The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 20th August 2025 passed by Member, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Pune in Miscellaneous Appeal No.SH/VIII/03/2025 granting stay in favour of Respondent No.1. The learned counsel appearing for Petitioner found that during pendency of Petition, main proceeding before MRT has been disposed of and he wish to file a substantive Petition challenging the said order passed by MRT in Revision. 2.
