The only substantive challenge in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is to the order dated 28th August 2013 which is at Exh.D to the petition. The petitioner has a remedy available under section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies act,1960. We, therefore, dispose of the petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings. All contentions on merits are kept open.
