Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the respondent - State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an advertisement was issued by the school management to ill up the post of Junior Clerk at Vidya Mandir School, Gardi. Tal. Pandharpur, Dist. Solapur. He would submit that an interview was conducted on 5th June 2025 and inally as the petitioner was found suitable to be appointed on the subject matter post, the petitioner came to be appointed on the 1 of

post of Junior Clerk vide order dated 27th June 2025. The record depicts that on 7th July 2025 the school management submitted the proposal to the Education Oicer (Secondary) Z.P. Solapur seeking approval to the petitioner's appointment on the post of Junior Clerk. Learned counsel would submit that since the day of submission of the proposal, there is no response from the respondent's side. Learned counsel seeks directions to the respondent no.3 to decide the proposal dated 7th July 2025 for approval to the appointment of the petitioner expeditiously.

In view of this, we dispose of the Writ Petition as follows. 4.

The Education Oicer, Z.P. Solapur is directed to decide the proposal iled by the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Junior Clerk on its own merits. The respondent No.3 is directed to complete this exercise within 4 weeks from the receipt of this order. 5.

The petitioner as also respondent Nos. 1 and 2 may submit a comprehensive proposal and also add such documents and records that may substantiate the proposal iled to seek approval to the petitioner's appointment. In any event, the Education Oicer shall decide the 2 of

proposal within 4 weeks as directed above. If the approval is accorded by the Education Oicer, then Shalarth ID be issued by the Deputy Director of Education accordingly.

If the Education Oicer notices any deiciencies, opportunity of hearing shall be given to the petitioner and the School Management. All contentions are kept open.
