The Interim Application is taken out to bring on record the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased Respondent No.2. There is considerable delay of 11 years and 188 days in filing the Application. 2.

The heirs and legal representatives of Respondent No.2 have been served, however, none appears for Respondent No.2. 3.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). 4.

Amendment be carried out within a period of 14 day from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. Amended copy be served on all the Respondents.
