This Application is filed for condonation of delay of 119 days in filing the First Appeal. First Appeal is filed by the original claimant for enhancement of the compensation amount under the Land Acquisition Act granted vide Judgment and Order dated 9th February 2015 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli in Land Acquisition Case No. 1/2011. 1/2

Notice of the Application is served upon the Respondents. There is no reply filed to oppose the Application. None appears today on behalf of Respondents.

In view of the reasons stated in the Application, same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 119 days in filing the above said First Appeal filed by the Applicants before this Hon'ble Court challenging the impugned Judgment and Award dated 9th February, 2015 passed by the Learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Sangli at Sangli in Land Acquisition Case No. 1 of 2011 and impugned Award dated 15th November, 2006 passed by the Respondent No. 3 in LAQ/RR-1/1709/SR 450."
