Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Our attention is invited to the summons dated 16th September 2025, which are issued by the Police Officer, Anti Corruption Bureau to the Petitioner in respect of the complaint dated 22nd August 2018 made by the Petitioner. In the said communication, it is stated that necessary enquiry is being conducted in the complaint.

As the complaint is being enquired into, we do not find any reason at this point of time to entertain the Petitioner so far as this grievance is concerned. Needless to mention, the enquiry shall obviously be taken to its logical conclusion. So far as the grievance of the Petitioner which he has made against his own brother to the Income Tax Department, it is open for the Petitioner to pursue the complaint/representation made before the Income Tax Department.

In the facts of the present case, we are not inclined to grant any further reliefs.
