The relief prayed by the Petitioner is for a direction to the Respondents to look into the grievance of the Petitioner as per her representation dated 11th August 2025 in respect of failure of the Online Portal and to accommodate the Petitioner as per her request in the vacant posts because of retirement and compulsory vacancies kept as per the procedure.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner invited our attention to the communication dated 12th August 2025 addressed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad, Sindhudurg to M/s. Vinsys I.T. Services Company, Pune. In the said letter, it is clearly mentioned that it is due to some technical fault on account of not receiving the OTP for a long time that the application form could not be submitted. The Chief Executive Officer therefore requested M/s. Vinsys I.T. to look into the matter and form of the Petitioner be resubmitted.

Our attention is invited to order dated 26th August 2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 11440 of 2025 by the Principal Seat of this Court, which reads thus :

"In view of a limited grievance raised on behalf of the petitioner, we are not issuing notice to the respondentsAuthorities to file their respective reply affidavits. 2.

Mr. Anilkumar Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the exercise undertaken by the Department of Rural Development to transfer the teachers working under different Zilla Parishads is still going on and not complete as on date. 3.

The petitioner has pleaded that he tried to log-in at the portal on 10th August 2025 but on account of some technical glitch he was automatically logged out and he could not receive OTP on his mobile phone or e-mail.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to be transferred at any of the 2 of

places out of 27 places for which he is required to furnish the preference. The learned counsel for the petitioner further states that on 12th August 2025, the Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad, Nashik has sent a communication to Vinsis IT Services Private Limited, Pune in relation to which the Competent Authority may be directed to accept the application. 5.

Ordered accordingly.

Writ Petition No. 11440 of 2025 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit his preference in a hard copy to the respondent nos. 1 to 3."

In this view of the matter, even as the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is ready and willing to be transferred at any of the places out of the options for which she is required to furnish the preference, the Petitioner to submit her representation in a hard copy to the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 by Tuesday i.e. 7th October 2025. Accordingly the decision be taken on the said representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

Till the representation is decided, the Petitioner not to be relieved from her existing post.

Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
