By this application, the Applicant is seeking transfer of Petition No.124 of 2025 from Family Court, Kolhapur to learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pandharpur, District: Solapur. 2.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant stays at Pandharpur with her family members. She has no source of income. She is finding difficult to attend the Court date at Kolhapur, and requested to allow the application. 3.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Respondent that the Applicant is working at Pune. She does not stays at Pandharpur Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/3

and only to harass the Respondent, she is seeking transfer at Pandharpur. Learned counsel further submitted that the Applicant also work at Pune, so Kolhapur is convenient for both the parties to attend the Court dates, and requested to reject the application. 4.

I have heard both learned counsel.

The Applicant is seeking transfer at Pandharpur as she is unable to attend the Court dates at Kolhapur. The distance between Pandharpur to Kolhapur is around 300km. It is settled principle of law that convenient of the wife has to be considered over the husband. 6.

In view of above, I pass following order:

ORDER

i. The application is allowed.

ii. The Petition No.124 of 2025 pending before Family Court, Kolhapur be transferred to learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pandharpur, District: Solapur iii. The Respondent can file application before the concerned Court for appearing through Video Conferencing.

iv. The learned Court shall decide the said application Shantanu S. Dhudum 2/3

on its own merit.

In view of the aforesaid terms, the application is allowed and disposed off.
