Heard.

Perused the record. The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.4630 of 1999 being aggrieved by order passed in the said Petition, has filed Special Leave Petition before the Apex Court. He submits that the Apex Court granted leave and hearing is expedited. It is submitted that the petition is still pending before the Apex Court.

wp.10583-2014 The learned Counsel submits that the Petitioner retired on superannuation on 31st May 2014. His pension papers are to be processed subject to final outcome of the proceedings pending before the Apex Court. The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the pension papers would be forwarding to the Accountant General, Maharashtra within one month from today. We direct that the pension papers be processed in accordance with law. Any decision taken on the proposal shall be subject to outcome of the petition pending before the Apex Court. The Writ Petition is disposed.
