Having heard both sides, we find that the petitioners have an alternate and equally efficacious remedy of appeal/revision to the Appellate Authority/State Government. In the teeth of these efficacious remedies, there is no need to entertain this petition, also because there are factual disputes involved. The petition is disposed of on the ground of availability of such remedies.
