This is an application for condonation of delay of 11 days in filing the First Appeal, challenging the impugned Judgment and Order dated 5th February, 2016, passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gadhinglaj, Kolhapur in Land Reference No. 3 of 2008 and 9 of 2008. Heard learned Counsel.

In addition to the Court's notice, appellant to serve the respondents with private notice/s and shall file an affidavit of service to that effect before the next date.
