1.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

2.

By an order dated 6th October, 2023 this Court had granted interim bail to the applicant.

3.

The learned counsel for the applicant informed the Court that the applicant had appeared before the investigating officer and cooperated with the investigation.

4.

The learned APP concurs with the submissions on behalf of the applicant.

This Court had granted interim protection to the applicant noting, inter alia, that the co-accused was granted pre-arrest bail, by ascribing reasons. As the applicant has cooperated with the investigation, at this length of time, further custodial interrogation Vishal Parekar ...1

6.

I am, therefore, persuaded to make the order of interim bail dated 6th October, 2023 absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

7.

In addition, the applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

8.

It is clarified that these prima facie observations are confined to determine entitlement to pre-arrest bail only. Application disposed.
