The Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.598 of 2022 registered with Vijapur Naka Police Station, District Solapur dated 29.11.2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 498A and 323 of the IPC.

The deceased set herself on fire. In such an eventuality the Applicant has already suffered incarceration for almost about two years. In my opinion, the Applicant does not deserve to be continued in custody, having regard to the attributions. Even otherwise, the offence under Section 306 of the IPC could be said to be committed or satisfied from the material available. 3.

That being so, I am inclined to allow the Application. Hence, the following order :- BGP.

(i) Application stands allowed.

(ii) The Applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with Crime No.598 of 2022 registered with Vijapur Naka Police Station, District Solapur, on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(iii) The Applicant shall attend the trial regularly. (iv) Two consecutive absence shall entail cancellation of bail by the Court below.

(v) The Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses nor tamper with the evidence.

The Application stands disposed of.
