From the perusal of the record, we ind that an interim order is under challenge. In fact, no prejudice will be caused if the same is challenged with the inal order if the same is adverse to the petitioner. The said order was passed as far back in the year 2021. This petition was iled on 22ndVa December 2022.

We are not inclined to grant any reliefs at this stage. The Uday S. Jagtap 1 of
