The above Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs:- "(a):- The present election writ petition be allowed with cost through out.

(b) Your Lordship may kindly set-aside the order of rejection of nomination paper of the petitioner no.1 date 5/10/2019 from being the contesting the Assembly election from 250, Akkalkot consistuency and directing the res. No.1 and 2 to enter the name of petitioner no.1 in ballot paper as independent contesting candidate to be held on 21/10/2019. (c) Your Lordship may further may please to pass an Ad-interim relief in terms of the prayer B involved by petitioner pending hearing and final decision of this petition.

(d) And an Ad-interim Ex-party relief in terms of prayer clause B and C may kindly be passed by Your Lordship in the interest of justice. (e) The cost of this Election Petition be awarded to petitioner from respondents.

(f) Any other just and equitable relief as Your Lordships may deem fit in the interest of justice be awarded to petitioners." 2.

From prayer clause (b) in the Writ Petition, it is clear that due to subsequent developments, the Writ Petition has been rendered infructuos. 3.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. 4.

In view of disposal of the Writ Petition, all interim orders passed in the above Writ Petition stand vacated and Interim Applications pending therein, are also disposed of.
