By this application, the applicant is seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No. 47 of 2025 filed by the respondent which is pending before the 1st Civil Judge, Senior Division, Islampur to the Civil, Court Vita.

It is the contention of learned counsel for the applicant that applicant stays at Vita. She has no source of income. The applicant is lady and she finding it difficult to attend the Court dates at Islampur. Learned counsel further submitted that two other petitions between the applicant and respondent are pending at Civil Court , Vita and the respondent is attending the dates in said proceeding. Hence,

Though the respondent is served, none present for the respondent. Hence, I am deciding this matter on merit. 4.
The applicant stays at Vita. Applicant is a lady and she has no source of income. She has filed two petitions against the respondent which are pending at Civil Court, Vita. She finding it difficult to attend the Court dates at Islampur. It is settled principle of law that convenience of the wife has to be considered over the husband. Considering these facts, I pass the following order.
O R D E R
I.
Application is allowed.
II.
Marriage Petition No. 47 of 2025 pending before the 1st Civil Judge, Senior Division, Islampur be transferred to Civil Judge, Senior Division Vita.
III. Both parties to appear before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vita.

Application stands disposed off.
