The applicants are apprehending arrest in C.R. No. 723 of 2025 registered with Karmala Police Station, District: Solapur for offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 3(5) 351(2), 352 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.

It is prosecution's case that on 1st September, 2025 at around 13.30 p.m., the applicants assaulted the first informant and his family members with stone, fist and kick blows and injured them.

It is contention of learned counsel for the applicants that while on interim relief, the applicants have co-operated in investigation. Investigation is almost completed. The injured have suffered simple injuries. There are cross complaints filed each other by the applicants and the first informant, hence, custodial interrogation of the applicants are not required and requested to allow the application.

It is contention of learned APP that the applicants have assaulted the first informant and his family members with stone, fist and kick blows. Considering the allegations against the applicants, their custodial interrogation is required and requested to reject the application.

I have heard both learned counsels, perused F.I.R. and documents produced on record.

The injuries suffered by the injured are simple in nature. While on interim relief, the applicants have co-operated in investigation. Investigation is almost completed. Considering these facts, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required and I pass following order :

O R D E R

I.

Application is allowed.

II.

In the event of arrest, applicants be enlarged on bail in C.R. No. 723 of 2025 registered with Karmala Police Station, District: Solapur on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount.

III. The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case. 7.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed off.

It is made clear that the above observations are made only for the purpose of granting bail and the Trial Court shall decide the case on its own merits in accordance with law and uninfluenced by the observations made in this order.
