In that view of matter, Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification.

In light of settlement arrived at between parties, Second Appeal stands disposed of as per Consent Terms. 5.

The Judgment and Decree under appeal stands modified in consonance with Consent Terms.

The Second Appeal alongwith Civil Application/Interim Application, if any, stands disposed of.
